Il coder Takka torna ad aggiornare ISO Tool , homebrew utile per operare sui file .iso direttamente da PSP .
Con questo nuovo aggiornamento viene introdotta un' utilissima funzione che permette uno switch dal CF GEN-D2/D3 al Prometheus-3 , in modo da risolvere alcuni problemi che si possono incontrare con l' ultima versione del Prometheus .

NB : usate la funzione relativa allo switch solo se avete a portata di mano tutti gli strumenti necessari per il risolvere un possibile brick .
Inoltre vi ricordo che lo switch può essere usato solo su PSP 1000/2000 (esclusi i modelli TA-088v3).

La funzione di switch è utile, ma dal changelog leggo che il suo utilizzo è consigliato solo agli "addetti ai lavori", o a chi abbia a portata di mano un kit Pandora o di Recovery, dato che "scrive" nella Flash.
A proposito, immagino che il D2/D3 Switcher di RedSquirrel (o almeno mi pare fosse suo) col Prometheus sia totalmente inutile se non deleterio.

Esatto è meglio usarlo solo se si ha a disposizione un kit pandora o Recovery per risolvere eventuali brick , meglio che lo aggiungo al primo post onde evitare problemi ...

Certo, le possibilità di brick sono molto esigue (dovrebbe spegnersi la PSP proprio mentre sta scrivendo il file del Gen/Prometheus, che penso richieda qualche centesimo di secondo), però se non avete la possibilità di crearvi una batteria pandora lo sconsiglio.
Comunque feature parecchio utile, se uno incontra problemi con il Prometheus passa al Gen, e viceversa.
