6.60 cIPL switcher v3fix Opzioni

Frostegater aggiorna cIPL switcher, che permette di passare rapidamente dal CF PRO a ME.
N.B. Funziona SOLO con i modelli 1000 e 2000 (no TA-088v3)
Il programma potrebbe portare a brick se non correttamente usato, ricordo però che le PSP compatibili(completamente hackabili) sono in caso facilmente recuperabili con batteria pandora

- Added check PRX’s by md5-hash.

*This program to calculate the md5-hash and write it in a *.c file with u8 array.

- Added ultimate check for the integrity of the firmware.
- Returned old method for installing IPL (bacause of some bricks) -> minimized value of EBOOT.PBP.
