Dopo la beta 5.9, patpat ha finalmente rilasciato la versione definitiva del famoso programma per PC CTFtool GUI, che consente di creare, estrarre e convertire i temi in formato .CTF. Il changelog di questa versione, la v4.0, è molto corposo, e le applicazioni di ZiNgA BuRgA RCOedit e RCOmage, sono state integrate.
