C'era già qualche sospetto, ma purtroppo è arrivata la conferma: SuperBot e Sony Santa Monica non creeranno più DLC per il suo picchiaduro Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale.
Eccovi le parole rilasciate dalla società stessa per confermare la notizia:

There will not be any new DLC characters or environments released for PS All Stars. We were proud to work with SuperBot Entertainment and they created a great game, but the characters that have already been released to-date represent the full content for PS All Stars.

Non ci saranno più nuovi DLC contenenti personaggi o arene per PS All Stars. Siamo fieri di aver lavorato con SuperBot Entertainment e hanno creato un bellissimo gioco, ma i personaggi rilasciati fino ad oggi rappresentano PS All Stars nella sua completezza

In the course of any game's development, there are always elements that never quite get finished or the team decides not to use in the final game. Some of these additional materials from the game’s development phase have been recently released, but unfortunately these are very far from finished assets and were not included in the final game for a number of production and legal reasons.

Nel corso dello sviluppo di un qualsiasi gioco, ci sono sempre elementi che non vengono completati o vengono scartati dalla versione finale del gioco. Alcuni di questi materiali aggiuntivi fatti dagli sviluppatori sono stati rilasciati di recente, ma sfortunatamente questi sono molto lontani dai prodotti finiti e non sono stati inclusi nella versione finale del gioco per diverse motivazioni e motivi legali

Però, ci sarà ancora un'altra patch (l'ultima?) che bilancerà ulteriormente il gameplay e aggiungerà un set di costumi per Zeus e Isaac.
Inoltre, il 27 Agosto, saranno rilasciati dei costumi per Raiden, Heihachi, Dante e Big Daddy gratuiti.
