I'm getting a ps vita tomorrow, firstly how much battery does It come with out of the box. Also should I run the battery down and then charge it to full, or should I charge it to the fullest first before I use it???

I could remember my Vita gone out with not so much charge in (it fallen down a little bit after setting the main options and my slimes on the huge screen...
) so I'd charge it AFTER the complete download. 
I'm not sure that is the best way, but I know that a lithium-battery shouldn't affect the memory-effect... I think you can safely operate in both ways, maybe you could wait for a more expert opinion than mine.
